REQUIREMENTS

• All renters are required to bring a Valid Government Issued Photo I.D. that includes date of birth (must be at least 25 years old to drive). No photocopies or photos will be accepted.

• Renters are required to bring 1 Credit Card that matches the renters I.D. per reservation.

• MUST complete a Boater Safety Test or present a Florida Boater Safety License, if born in 1988 or after.

• Renters MUST be at least 25 years old to participate.

• Renters must be present at the pick-up location 15 minutes before their reservation time. (2987 SW 45th St, Fort Lauderdale)

• Two guests are allowed per JetCar and cannot exceed a total combined weight of 420lbs

• All participants must complete and sign the Liability Waiver before starting the ride!

– RENTER CANNOT PARTICIPATE IF THEY:

• Possess or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol

• Are pregnant

• Have any existing medical conditions that put them or others at risk

• Are unable to follow any spoken instructions.

YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO USE THE JETCAR FOR YOUR RESERVATION IF YOU DO NOT BRING A CARD MATCHING WITH YOUR VALID PHOTO I.D. – NO EXCEPTIONS! 

– REFUNDS

• No refunds will be issued if you don’t show up or cancel your reservation!

• If you cannot make it to your reservation you must notify us 24 hours ahead and we can reschedule your reservation to our next available slot but no refunds will be issued.

• Due to weather conditions , we may issue a refund or reschedule the day of your reservation .

Please be aware that we have the right to charge the card used for the reservation payment for any damages done to the JetCar for which the renter refuses to pay.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS MAY RESULT TO YOUR RESERVATION BEING CANCELED AND NO REFUND ISSUED FOR YOUR RESERVATION PAYMENT!
